My Mission
I started at the bottom, working market stalls as a teenager and facing homelessness at 17.
Climbing the ladder from admin roles to managing large-scale projects and partnerships with corporations like the Reed Group, The Open University, Sodexo, and Local Councils, I noticed a major problem: inefficiency and leftover gains.
I hate seeing opportunities go to waste...
I specialized in helping organizations become lean, efficient, and profitable, resulting in huge time savings, increased customer satisfaction, higher conversions, and millions in additional revenue. I've helped companies scale from hundreds to tens of thousands of employees.
But I missed the direct impact of working with smaller teams and passionate entrepreneurs.
I wanted to bring large-corporation lessons to small businesses, allowing them to benefit from the start and avoid costly mistakes.
After over a decade in the corporate world—coaching, leading, managing teams, and making other CEOs rich it was time for me to build my own legacy.
Despite over a decade of experience however, the transition to a small business wasn’t easy and during my business start-up I struggled to find practical, effective business advice.

How many coaching or consulting sessions can I get?
There’s no limit. We book as many sessions as necessary. Most clients spend between 2 and 4 hours a week with us, depending on the stage of their business and what needs to be done. Plus, we provide ongoing 24/7 support via WhatsApp to fill any gaps between sessions.
What results can I expect?
There are many variables such as your business model, market, offer, leverage, experience and authority however, most clients see a monthly revenue increase of £5,000 to £20,000 per month within the first three months.
There are also many other benefits such as more free time, having clarity and peace of mind that comes with ongoing support and knowing that you have a team of experts you can rely on.
How long is the programme?
The minimum term is 6 months, which can be extended if needed. Building a scalable business takes time, and whilst we hit the ground running and most clients see initial results quickly, additional work like optimising processes or expanding the team can take several months to do well.
What is included in the cost?
The cost includes unlimited 1-to-1 coaching and consulting sessions, 24/7 WhatsApp support and a done-with-you service for everything from building processes, strategy, marketing or funnels, software setup and even branding & design, as well as access to my network of experts at discounted rates for any additional services required.
How much does it cost?
Unlike others, we don’t need to hide our pricing behind a pushy sales call. Our value is clear.
The current price is only £1997 (with a £2000 discount if paid upfront for 6 months) for full unlimited support and access to a team of experts. The full cost is also a deductible business expense, making it a smart investment in your business growth.
